Woolworths Financial Services Poor Service/RL Daly Attorneys

Woolworths Financial Services have assigned RL Daly Attorneys to collect outstanding debt from it's consumers. I have been contacted four times by RL Daly Attorneys and every time, I have advised them that my mother's Woolworths account was cancelled in 2017. Woolworths have obviously not cancelled the account and are now getting RL Daly Attorneys to take the flack from angry clients like myself due to their shoddy work.
