WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES POOR SERVICE

Received an email from Woolworths Financial Services to fetch a credit card, at the Musgrave branch, only to go all the way there to still find out there is missing information. How did we get an email for confirmation to fetch a card and then we are told there is missing info. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH WFS, ITS WORSE THAN DEALING WITH A GOVERNMENT DEPT. NO ONE CAN GIVE YOU ANSWERS AT ALL, THEY BLAME THE EMAIL SYSTEM.
