Woolworths Financial Services Pathetic service

I am sitting here very frustrated and disappointed after being given the run around by Woolworths Financial Services the whole afternoon. All I wanted is assistance with using online banking to transfer money from a Woolworths Credit card to make third party payment online. After speaking tom ore than 7 people, I had to find my own solution,

As I speak I still have not received help and there is a beneficiary of mine who is waiting for a R10 000 payment from me NOW.
