Woolworths Financial services pathetic client service

I’ve tried tirelessly to get my credit card limit increased. I sent the proof of income on the additional income, but they keep on asking for it. I have 2 bank accounts, but they do not check the secondary bank account. When I called, I was told they only communicate via email, so I must send an email.
