Woolworths Financial Services - not Fully Functional during COVID-19

For some reason Woolworths Financial Services does not process my monthly debit order this month and then I receive a call and SMS regarding the non-payment. This is pathetic as this is purely a problem on their side and I really hope this does not affect my credit record!!!!
