Woolworths Financial Services not closing accounts

I have been trying to close my accounts since the 8 April 2022 - I have been send from pillar to post and still the accounts are open. Can Woolworths not get the message that I no longer want their Financial Services. I have again send the email to them as by Woolworths keeping my accounts open reflects negative on my credit score
