Woolworths Financial Services / MBD

No matter what I do, Woolworths Financial Services do not respond to any of my emails. I have been trying for a month to get payments allocated to my Credit Card account by sending proof of payments, but to no avail. In the meantime I'm being harassed by MBD, since Woolworths handed me over, while they are too *********** to allocate payments correctly
