Woolworths financial services is the worst financial services

Woolworths finacial service is the pits. I had a credit card that i paid up and closed with paid up letter in hand. My credit report record i am in Arrears for 8 months, I have lodged countless disputes through NCR and Ombudsman but no success. I guess Woolworths is untouchable.

What is worse is now they have handed me to a collection agency even when i have sent Woolworths financial service a paid up letter they issued 2 years ago
