Woolworths Financial Services is simply pathetic!

I app**** for a Store Card in April. I have received numerous WA stating i need to send my proof of income in the form of a pay slip OR a bank statement . I have proof on my email of how many times i have sent all the required documents. I have called twice to find out what is happening only to be told today that my application has expired. How pathetic is Woolworths financial services that you do not bother to respond to email received with ALL documentation requested nor communicate effectively with your customers . However when i look online it says everything is processed ???? Honestly your staff are rude and you need to get your act together! Never have i ever experienced this sort of thing in my life!
