Woolworths Financial Services is Pathetic!

Woolworths Financial Services is utterly pathetic!!

I app**** for a Woolworths store card online over a month ago and I am still waiting to receive the store card. I have had very little correspondence and received a message to say my store card was on it's way to me, but no information further. I went into the East Rand mall Woolworths store 3 weeks after receiving the message to see if my store card was ready and to my surprise they didn't have my store card and said that I will need to order a new store card. I have been into the East Rand Mall branch twice already to find out what is going on. The first time the guy said that I can use my virtual card on the Woolworths app while I wait. So I used the virtual card once and it worked. Then came to use my virtual card again and I was unable to use it. The second time the woman at the East Rand Mall branch said that I need to now reapply for the store card and that she has no clue why they haven't received my store card after a month of my online application. My store card was also apparently blocked for no reason at all according to the woman at the East Rand Mall branch. I am trying to build my credit score so that I can purchase a vehicle, but with service like this it is nearly impossible. I have no Woolworths store card and yet on the Woolworths app it states that I have a store card and my credit app shows that I have a Woolworths account. So where is my store card? Clearly someone can't do their job and issue a simple store card.
