Woolworths Financial services is pathetic.

I recently had a terrible interaction with woolworths Financial Services. They were supposed to assist with Changing debit order details in February and it was not done. On the Second of March I requested call recordings from them to find out who I spoke to and who was the agent that **** to me. Up till now 20 days later nothing from woolworths. They send an automated message telling you it will take 7-10 days for it to be resolved.
