WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES IS A JOKE!

Good day

I have just called enquiring about my application and was told that only once my assessment has been completed will I be sent my contract to sign and that I should have this by tomorrow.

I do not understand how I app**** on Thursday the 11th of February and only got a call on Friday the 12th to go over/ confirm all details with me (hense wasting an entire day!). You promise "Cash within 48 hours" and when I app**** on Thursday, I was expecting to have the money in my account today, Monday the 15th as I desperately need it for a deposit which I promided to pay today, based on your 48 hours claim, which is clearly untrue.

Is there any way to expedite this process immediately please so that this assessment can be finalised and contract sent asap. Please escalate this as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to cancel this loan and make another arrangement to free up money elsewhere. Very disappointed!
