Woolworths Financial Services Humbug

We spent an unpleasant hour and a bit trying to collect a "Woolworths" credit card my wife ordered. Backwards and forwards ,this process or lack of process took my wife's ID book out of her sight for the entire time the untrained staff took to issue the card . Your staff are not to blame .You have no trained members who should deal with this new service . Clearly you are out of your depth sitting in your ivory tower while your untrained staff flop around from desk to desk
