Woolworths Financial Services gives no service!

It is impossible to close your Woolworths credit card. I received a settlement letter paid the amount sent numerous e-mails made numerous phone calls, went to the Woolworths branch (apparently you should phone.....) - to no avail. Today an admin fee was charged on my account AND i was phoned for a limit increase in the meantime I JUST WANT TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!
