Woolworths Financial Services

I would like to share my experience with Woolworths Financial Services. I paid up my Woolworths Credit Card in February 2023. I received an sms informing me that I completed my payments

The problems I have is that I'm on debt review and I only need my paid up letter for my Woolworths Credit to be removed from debt review. I have been requesting and my debt review consellor has been requesting this paid up letter from. JULY 2023. The last time we spoke to.them was on 11 December 2023 and they promised I'll receive the letter within 3 to 5 work days

Today is 4 January 2024 and still no paid up letter. So this has been going on for 6 months now. I feel that Woolworths Financial Services is keeping me from being removed from debt review by with holding my paid up letter.
