Woolworths financial services empty promises

I love your quality and variety, however I do not kove your Financial Services department. I had spoken to a man yesterday who could not wait to hand me over to the verification department who when answering the phone had no sound on the other side, so I had wasted my time. I have been promised regularly that my query has been escalated and that I would receive a call by latest 16:30 yesterday however still no phone call received.
