Woolworths Financial Services

I love woolies, it's my favourite place to shop, but the service I have received from the Financial Services side has been poor to say the least!!!!! On 21 August I sent a message asking if my credit card statement could be resent. After many requests I have still not received it. All I receive are automated replies. Is it so difficult to send another statement!!!!!!!!!!
