I app**** for a credit card on the 14th of September 2024 and was provisonally approved. All the documents were attached online and verified. Today is the 3rd of October, 13 working days and and 14 calls to the call center later and the answer still remains "Your aopkication is being processed by our assessors". Yesterday an agent mentioned that the application migjt expire and I will need to reapply. That means that another credit check needs to be done which will impact on my credit score. I always believed that Woolworths is a suprior brand offering suprior service, but had I known I would have app**** with a different FSP. But now I am stuck writing reviews on Hellopeter for some sort of reaponse.
