Woolworths Financial Services Charging monthly fees

Woolworths Financial Services has blocked my credit card without providing any reasons. I have tried engaging with them for the past 1 and half months....they will "get back to me". They now have the audacity to still charge me a monthly fee for the card!. Woolworths, this is not on. Either reverse the service fee or unblock my card!! Thank you

PS I called the *** number today 14 Nov 2020. Spoke to a guy named Nathan. I explained my query, He put me on hold ...and cut the call after 10 minutes????
