WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL SERVICES BAD SERVICE

I have tried to contact Woolworths on numerous occasions. Seems the call center has issues. I transmitted a mail with no response or an acknowledgement of same. Some times hold for hours on end and then get disconnected. Charges on my credit card, which do not make sense.
