Woolworths financial services Are pathetic **********

Actually even one star is too much for the appaulling service received from Woolworths Financial Services.

I have been sending Emails, calls and SMS's but all of these fall on deaf ears... When I request to speak to a manager she is forever unavailable and doesn't bother to return my call...

I have sent proof of payments but "conveniently" my account balance is not decreasing!

Woolworths Debt Review department is the worst.

My account is almost paid up and they claim they didn't receive payments...talk about being ********** and conning innocent people.

Posting on Twitter didn't help either...

I just want to settle this account and close it I have enough with this pathetic service provider!!!

I'm am flabbergasted to say the least!
