Woolworths Financial Services, after numerous phone calls to them, multiple emails I still have not had a phone call back from a manager or someone senior going on 2 weeks. I made a payment as I have done for the last 6 years, it was actually an early payment in December so it would reflect as the next month payment, because they were late in picking it up they have now charged me a late payment fee. I will be closing my account in the next few months.
