Woolworth's financial services

I have had my card for 6 months every month they debit my account plus I also pay into it (extra). I app**** for credit increase and they came back asking for my payslip. I sent that then they came back and asked for my bank statement. They have been debiting my account they have those details. I then called and spoke to them and they advised they need to see the money going into my account even though they had my salary slip showing those details? Yet all 3x when I called and challenged them with this back and forth they cut me off. This is not the first time to get disgusting service from financial services dept. Popi act? Maybe they shouldn't have our bank statements as a complete stranger is going through our details
