I’ve never been so frustrated in my life 4 hours on the phone from pillar to post to activate an online banking pin for a new Woolworths credit card Not one person at the whole of Woolworths financial services and online banking dept could do that for me after I was advised by their partner ABSA bank it should be Woolworths and I called ABSA out of frustration since all of Woolworths financial services don’t know how to assist me with an issue their website requires before I can use online banking ?
