Woolworths Financial services.

I have been requesting for my paid up letters from Woolworths for my store card and Woolworths loan since last week. I need to update my ITC its been two weeks now Iam not getting any joy from them I was told I need to send an email to recoveries which I did.... Still waiting for respinse
