Woolworths Financial Service has zero customer service

WFS provides the most shocking and unacceptable customer service imaginable. They dont respond to repeated requests to resolve serious IT issues and even their managment seems not to care as they dont return calls. I think WFS needs to rethink their customer support and service, Its not the company they like to think they are.
