Woolworths Financial Service *****

Woolworths claim to be the "difference", well far from it. They don't seem to live up to their promises...

I received multiple sms messages from WW to take out a personal loan. I decided to take them up on their offer especially because, they stated, if you successfully apply before 15/11/2016 you will receive a R1000 voucher. I phoned the call centre (***) and app**** for the loan. Confirming with the agent that I qualify for the R1000 voucher. On the 8th of November I received my LOAN AGREEMENT and a few days later the LOAN amount was deposited into my bank account.

I phoned the call centre again to enquire as to when I will receive the voucher. Their answer was as soon as my 1st repayment is succesfully paid. My 1st installment was paid on the 1st of December 2016. STILL NO VOUCHER. I phoned the call centre again. This time I was told that I would receive it with my statement. Patiently I waited for my statement to arrive via email on the 18th of December. STILL NO VOUCHER. Again I phoned the call centre (18/12/2016) where they had trouble to assist me as no one knew about theR1000 voucher offer, but they put me through to the voucher department and the SUPERVISOR said I will receive the voucher the next day via SMS. STILL NO VOUCHER.

I phoned the call centre again (20/12/2016) and no one could assist me, before my airtime ran out. Today, I bought R50 airtime and I phoned the call centre again (21/12/2016) and got passed aroud from one place to another because nobody could assist me. I was holding the line when I got cut off due to insufficient airtime. STILL NO VOUCHER.

This is totally unproffesional and unacceptable conduct, especially from a company like WW. I've spent nearly R200 on airtime to claim a R1000 voucher that was supposed to be part of the personal loan deal.

I've also sent an email to WW compaints on the 19th of December, but still have not received any feedback or aknowledgement of the email.
