Woolworths financial service

I had a Woolworths credit card, paid the full outstanding amount, now I have requested a paid-up letter, they have said I will received it today but with no avail. call from Thursday 13th June 2024 stay on the line, from one department to another then the line is cut off. I have tried to reach the right department for days!!!!
