Extremely bad service from Woolworths Financial Loans

I settled my account and have been struggling to close my account ever since. I phone one of the consultants and asked them to give me the full outstanding balance that I have to pay to close my account. I was given the amount, and was told to phone back again on monday to confirm that the account has been closed. I phoned as I was told, my account has not been closed because I still owe an amount of R40. 27 . ***!!! WHY , I was given the exact outstanding balance, which I paid on that exact day via internet transfer and confirmed from which bank I will be paying, , everything, and now they refuse to close my account saying I still owe them R40.27 . All I want to do is close my account, I paid what they said I should pay
