Woolworths Financial Dept

I have been trying to cancel a Woolworths’s credit card I do not want. I have never activated it. I have sent many emails. They are making it very difficult when it is a simple request. I will be cancelling my store card as well at this rate. Woolworths Financial dept- get your act together!
