Woolworths financial department DISAPPOINTS

July I called a consultant at the finance department whom told me to send all the documents to cancel the debt review and I did,ever since I've never heard from Woolworths which it's ok what really irritates me is that I pay my account every month and even today I can't use the account beacause they say I'm still under administration
