Woolworths Financial Department

I app**** online for a store card about a week ago. I received a mail requesting supporting documents to confirm my self employment from my auditors. The auditors forwarded the requested documents to the income validation department. I received notification that they now needed additional document. Same was sent to them. Now that they have received everything they requested, I keep on receiving emails and sms messages to submit the outstanding documents. I forwarded everything again and received a receipt confirmation from woolworths. after about 15 calls to them, they have still no idea of what the status of the account is. I wish I never app**** for this account. Next they will request a urine sample. Everything from bank statements, financial statements from my business and auditors letters was sent to them. Application is still pending outstanding documents ??? the only thing outstanding here is the brains of the income validation department staff.
