WOOLWORTHS FINANCIAL

<p>They are totally useless, unhelpful and rude. They keep telling us that our account is in arrears, but every month I make payments. This last month I made a R40k payment, it's been 5 day's later and its still not showing. We have asked for statements, but these never get send. It's impossible to get someone who is helpful, there online statements don't given you enough detail, and only goes back a couple of transactions. Then you downloaded the App and that is even more useless. No one at any retail shop can help you, you can only deal with an inept call center. It's fair to say that even THE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY is more helpful, in fact Eskom makes them look like a bunch of amatuers. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! </p>
