May name is Bajabulile Shabalala ********** 238080 I called last week to make a payment arrangement. As I couldn't make payment of the required amount. The asked me to at least make payment of R730.00 of which i made payment of R 750.00 via atm deposits.

I constantly get harassment calls from my cell number and work asking me to make an additional payment of R 100.00 I honestly cannot afford it as my car broke down and hence I couldn't make payment this month.

What is the use of making and committing to a payment arrangement if I still get calls I was honest enough to come and speck with you and at the end you harass me . TELLING ME THAT THEY WILL HAND OVER MY ACCOUNT.
