WOOLWORTHS FINACIAL SERVICES SUCK!

The voucher saga continues!

I was SMSed a 10% off voucher for my birthday in December '22 ,but due to illness was not able to redeem it at a store. In Feb this year both the V&A, Herm**** stores were unable to track this voucher although everybody could see the sms on my phone. Multiple visits to Somerset West branch[ x3] has brought this sorry saga to and end today! After waiting 17 mins on an internal Woolworths phone to get clarity from a person in the Woolworths Financial services. I was summarily told that because I had cancelled all Woolworths advertorial spam in 2017, I therefore did not qualify for any vouchers!! Even though the store assistant confirmed that it was on my phone! So to the Woolworths Financial services Dept. please put the voucher in the most appropriate place possible [ like where the Sun don't shine!] Never communicate with me again.
