Woolworths Festival mall bad service

I went to Woolworths Festival mall to return a jean. The jean was bought on the 10th of Jan. The jean was just fitted and the size was wrong then I put it back into the Woolies plastic and left it in the car boot for the day I was able to take it back to the store for a refund. I went to the store on the 18th of Jan and I hated the way I was treated.I was told that the jean was dirty,it looked like it was washed . They turned it inside out and they said the pockets were dirty. I mean when we buy clothes we don't turn them inside out to check if they are clean or not. Why do they let people fit clothes in their fitting rooms knowing very well that when the next person buys them and brings them back they are going to do this? Do we have any guarantee that when people fit clothes in fitting rooms do they leave them in the same condition they found them in? I think when customers buy Woolies clothes, the cashiers must check if the clothes are clean inside out before they are sold because when we return items we are treated like *********. 1 good thing that came out of this is that another supervisor was called to check the jean and she said I can get a refund. I wasted around 20 minutes with this nonsense. After the treatment that I received from Woolworths Festival mall,I don't think I will buy clothes there ever again. I think they should stop saying they do refunds because with the service that i received, refunds are not guaranteed. Best thing to do is with their clothes, fit them at the store because you might be forced to keep something that does not fit you because if you don't fit them there and want to return them, you might be called a ****.
