Woolworths Farrarmere - No service levels at restaurant side

We visit Woolworths Farrarmere on a regular basis. Firstly to have a beverage and something to eat before we shop in store. Their coffee and food is brilliant.

However, most of the time that we go to the restaurant part no staff is to be seen. They are bundled up in a corner and one has to call them to get a menu or place an order. This is unacceptable service. We have walked out on more than one occasion and ordered take away coffee from the barista at the coffee counter inside the store. The problem by buying inside the store is that you Woolworths coffee card does not get stamped???? Surely management should notice this?
