Woolworths False Advertising

Woolworths advertised 20% off Jackets & Coats, while stocks lasts, T’s & C’s apply. Exclusions mentioned on similar ads were Trenery, Countryroad and Witchery. Upon paying I realised that the 20% discount was not app**** on the two coats (Edition brand ) that I bought. The manager of the branch told me that they’ve had numerous issues with the discount not being app**** on some coats. After querying with their head office - no resolution found! What poor service and clearly misstated advertising!!
