Woolworths False Advertising

Why does Woolworths even bother with vouchers? Complete false marketing. Woolworths makes a huge song and dance about giving you vouchers and then when you attempt to redeem them you are told that the voucher does not cover what you are trying to buy. My latest experience was this past weekend when I went to buy boxers with a voucher that simply states "R50 off when you spend R250 or more on WW Fashion, Footwear and Accessories". Apparently the voucher mysteriously doesn't cover underwear. Not where is this stated on the voucher. So I tried another voucher that simply states "WRewards VIP Birthday: 10% off Clothing, Home and Beauty". Once again underwear mysteriously doesn't count as clothing. Woolworths get you act together, your vouchers are a joke. If you think you a creating brand loyalty you are very wrong. No wonder your share price is tanking...
