Woolworths’ fails to refund

0 stars should be an option. I am fuming!

Placed an order for delivery from @woolworths_sa.

They failed to deliver my order, saying i wasn’t home.

I have been waiting for confirmation about a refund of over R800.00 since the 20th of October.

Every time I email, I get one response and then nothing further.

Not sure what else to so from here. Their lack of interest in the matter is concerning.

All i want is confirmation that I will be receiving my money back and also when. Not everyone has money to play with.
