Woolworths failing updated my account at credit bureau

I paid my credit card with woolworths 5 months ago but it is yet to be updated at credit bureau, I had other accounts paid later after this one and those accounts have been updated already but not this one. I have sent several emails to them and the last email they promised that it will be updated after 21 days but that has not been done. Worse part this account reflects that am in arrears whereas its paid and never missed installment
