Woolworths FAIL - No gift cards for sale for collection in store

I want to gift my dad who lives at an undeliverable address in Potchefstroom some slippers but he struggles with swollen feet and needs to be in a store to try them on. I wanted to send him a voucher so he can do that at the Mooi River Mall but the store doesn't stock gift cards to purchase? How can it be this hard to arrange this??
