Woolworths Eldoraigne Security concerns

My wife and I are regular shoppers at Woolworths Foods at Eldoraigne Shopping Centre, Centurion. However last week my wife went in to quickly buy a few items before going home when her phone was ****** out of her hand bag. She had our kids with her and was most probably targeted because of this. I understand these things happen, however I feel more should have been done to prevent these things by Woolworths security. There is always a security person at their door, but what do they really do? Especially after it has happened in that same store before to someone else and across the parking lot at Spar. Surely security should be increased and be more vigilant? To make things worse is it was reported to their management, but apparently the cameras weren't working... they went off the day before because of loadshedding and just never came back on...

My main concern is that it seems like it doesn't really bother Woolworths Foods Eldoraigne, which means it will probably happen again to someone else?

Hopefully this finds its way to the correct person and something is done to make it safer for everyone.
