Woolworths

So I pay for my groceries with my Woolworths card - I use it to get the points - I swipe it and place it into my wallet. Cashier says ‘there are certain things I need to see’. I have no idea what this means and just say ok.without hesitation she calls her manager and says ‘this man is refusing to let me check his card’. I point out that she did not ask me. A simple bit of confusion right. Why not just ask to see the card? Why call the manager? This sort of passive aggressive response is notable amongst cashiers at a particular Woolworths- I wonder if it’s in the training? Pity because Woolworths is usually pleasant experience.
