Woolworths EastGate - Paleasa Nakaua

SO i placed an order and the driver was horrifying with not wanting to see the stuff that were short delivered and was throwing my items from the back of the deliver van to the front. while checking the order to the delivery note i noticed that many items were not there. so i asked the guy to wait and check with me that the items are not there, he REFUSED and left saying i should take it up with the store. i called the store the next day and an query was lodged. the store was supposed to deliver the numerous short item. (which to date did not occur and i cancelled and STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND) . HERE IS THE BEST PART I CALLED HEAD OFFICE and the lady after a long hold transferred me to the store, the lady at the EASTGATE STORE Named Paleasa Nakama had a fat conversation with who she thought was the lady at Head office - basically saying im lying that i didnt receive the stuff and that the driver says it was all delivered, that i am a problematic person and that she WILL NOT deliver the items i said was short. however there is no proof that everything was delivered, the driver due to his hast and arrogants with not wanting to wait and check what i said was true made this mess. but how do you like the Paleasa who basically attacks my personal character and directly called me a ****. after that i told her that she is infact speaking to the customer and she had nothing to say except oh well i was just stating facts. Now we all wonder why Woolworths has become the last place people want to shop, here is why, there staff have no knowledge on consumer protection Act, no skills in how to speak nor the spectacular service advertised. I rather buy from PnP where customer service is ACTUALLY decent. i am actually going to put this on all my social media so people can stay away from this DISGUSTING SERVICE, the prices they charge, i would expect them to atleast train their staff to be polite or do some customer course, but no.
