Woolworths East Rand Mall

With generally poor service standards in most retail stores today I felt that taking the time to sit and do this email was absolutely necessary. I had the most pleasant experience at the Woolworths store in East Rand Mall this week. i was assisted by a woman by the name of Masesi who really went out of her way to assist me with finding clothes to an event I am going to be attending. Without her assistance I probably would not have found what I was looking for and would probably have gone to other stores which would have taken up the better part of my day. She really went way and beyond which resulted in me getting what I needed and also me spending my money in the store. Retailers really need to understand that service is the key in todays tough economic climate. So a big thumbs up to Masesi from Woolworths Eat Rand Mall for making sure I spent my money in there store.
