Woolworths Duran CBD

Thanks to woollies West Street Durban my mum is flabbergasted at the level of service she receives on a monthly basis. Seems it's a bad case of JEALOUSY. Staff see her trolley packed with trays of meat and stare (even the can't afford woollies food) one of the managers even asked her why she buys so much meat and tried to deter her from shopping by telling her she's too early at the store the sale only starts ar 3pm. This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Woolworths please stostop spending money on advertising and hire staff that are more professional and trained for the retail environment. We have honestly received better service at the humble Shoprite Checkers store.
