Woolworths dresses shrunk!

I bought 2 dresses a week ago at Woolworths in Klerksdorp North West I wore them once , washed them by hand in cold water (I read the label) and when I wanted to wear it again it shrunk!

I am really disappointed because this never happened before! I buy all my clothes at Woolworths because of the good quality, but now this time... I wore them ONCE and the dresses are really pricey!
