Woolworths downer

My profile has been linked to another person to which i am getting threatening emails from Woolworths to pay a store card which do not have. I have taken it up on numerous occasions either Woolworths in store, telephonic, and email to which they said that matter will be taken up and resolved. To date I am still getting the threatening which becoming frustrating. I am very disappointed in customer service of Woolworths and leaves much ti desire to do future business with them.
