Woolworths double standards

I had an loan account with Woolworth. I paid them off. I discovered in November 2024 that Woolworths owes me money. Took me 7 days to finally reached the corrected department. I was asked to doo bank verification on the 13th of December. After that i was told it will take 7 -14 working days for payout. I called again after 14 working days where is being told recoveries will take another 7 working days to respond to an email. Mind you this money is laying there for years and I only found out about it cause my credit report says i own Woolworth money yet they owes me. Woolworths financial services had my number and email adress but no calls has been made about the money owned to me for years. If one owes Woolworth money they add penalties and intrest.
